The was sick as f**k... Wow. Simply wow... Never seen anything in that sort of style, that sort of randomness, that sort of epicness and intensity with such a great soundtrack too, in my life.
I enjoyed it...
It's good to see a lengthy animation like this.
The unique characters are good, you could tell who were the main characters and how they differed from each other. You could gather personality just based on how they looked. Which I find impressive.
I have no doubt in my mind that you have taken inspiration from the great Oscar Johansson.
Castle was an amazing series IMO. I watched it progress over the years and get better, and it's weird because I watched them all only the other night too.
But I don't blame you to be honest...
I personally do look forward to seeing more of this.
Shame about the "monsters" only looking like Komodo Dragons though. Not scary enough in my opinion. But I'm hoping these may just be one of the many things the Troops will encounter.
Other things I'd like to say... The Voice Acting was good. It wasn't Great. But it definitely wasn't bad...
I certainly see room for improvement, maybe more enthusiasm and emotion, but I didn't feel like there was none!
Your 3D style animation is amazing though, don't lose that touch.
Plus I love your angles of animation (camera view), I admire your heavy cinematic feeling.
I see more pros than cons with this and I would love to see more.
I would even LOVE to possibly help out with this preferably Voice Acting (if needed).
But regardless, keep up the great work!
Always so damn strange... But it was Huberts birthday, why does Salad Fingers get the present?... Cheeky bastard.
At first it was very difficult to understand what the hell was going on, the whole menu design was awkward as hell to read and figure out. I for once in a game would have definitely benefited from a Tutorial...
That said, i did actually enjoy the RPG elements. I like the fact you can upgrade weapons, add attachments and also fuse them.
The whole Strength, Luck, Agility stat system is great but i'd like an explanation on exactly what they improve.
This game has huge potential, it'd also be great in Fullscreen or simply a BIGGER window.
Especially for the benefit of the menus.
Every stat affects a range of stuff but here's a brief summary of what they do:
Strength - Mainly increases attack damage and weight carrying capacity. Also moderately increases hp.
Endurance - Increases hp and defense by a lot. Very useful for sustaining a lot of hits. Also increases some weight carrying capacity amongst other things.
Agility - Primarily increases movement speed and hp regeneration rate. Moderately increases item magnetizing range too.
Luck - Increases everything by a bit. Increases item magnetizing range by quite a bit and also affects item drop rates!
I found it hilarious... :')
Some mechanics where a little buggy and it was pretty simple in terms of gameplay and layout.
I kind of enjoyed it... Though I had no idea where to get the Key and eventually had to look at the walk through to find out where the Reverend was lmao. I did enjoy it though, could of been a hell of a lot better but for a short point and click game, it wasn't too bad!
Absolutely amazing... I've got a Pixel Destruction game in the making about a Werewolf. This song seems perfect for in-game play... May in future have to ask to use this in my game! :)
Hey man, give me credit in the side, and you are absolutely welcome to use it. I'd love to have it in a game! :)
Thanks for the kind words sir! I'll be posting more everyday, similar to this, so you'll have a whole arsenal to choose from.
Looks very random, but i like it!
Absolutely amazing, you should be proud. Love the design of it!
